Terms of Service

By accessing https://www.pureoptimizer.com, purchasing a license, downloading our loader, or using any Pure Optimizer software ("Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Pure Optimizer sells time-limited software licenses for a Windows performance tuner. Profiles adjust power plans, scheduler, GPU, and related system settings on your PC. We provide access to Software and support by email.

You are responsible for using Windows and any applications on your own systems in accordance with applicable law and third-party terms.

Pure Optimizer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.

You are solely responsible for how you use our Software. Creating a restore point before applying a profile is built in; you remain responsible for backing up important data.

By using Pure Optimizer, you acknowledge that:

• You will run the Software only on machines you are authorized to configure.
• You use our Software entirely at your own risk.
• You will not hold Pure Optimizer responsible for hardware, driver, or OS issues that arise from system tuning.

When you purchase a valid license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for the purchased duration and product, subject to these Terms.

Licenses are bound to the hardware identifier (HWID) activated on first use unless we approve a reset at our discretion. Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or circulating license keys is prohibited.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass our licensing or security systems.
• Share, leak, or redistribute our Software, loader builds, or license keys.
• Use our services for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Pure Optimizer.
• Chargeback or dispute valid payments in bad faith.

We may suspend or terminate licenses, ban HWIDs, or refuse service for violations, suspected fraud, or abuse.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including for change of mind, unused time, hardware issues, or Windows updates.

If you experience a legitimate technical problem with our Software or your license, email us at support@pureoptimizer.com. At our discretion, we may extend license time, reset HWID binding, provide a replacement key, or apply other fixes — but we are not obligated to do so and this does not create a refund entitlement.

Payment disputes and chargebacks may result in immediate license revocation and permanent ban from our services.

THE SOFTWARE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, compatible with every system, or suitable for your intended use. Windows updates and hardware differences may change results at any time without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PURE OPTIMIZER AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, HARDWARE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM: USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE; HARDWARE MALFUNCTION; SECURITY INCIDENTS; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR SYSTEMS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PURE OPTIMIZER FOR THE SPECIFIC LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Optimizer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or agreements.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including Terms violations, payment issues, or security concerns. Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must stop using the Software.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
